Greetings VMCI Members!
Please plan to attend the 2013 VMCI Annual General Meeting of members scheduled for Sunday, September 22nd at 5:30pm under the pool pavilion. We are hoping for great turnout as we discuss the financial condition of the Club, this year’s activities and improvements, next year’s plans, and we vote on directors for the 2014 Board of Directors (see Nominating Committee recommendations below). Copies of the VMCI financial statements will be available at the meeting along with ballots for the election of 2014 Board of Directors. In the event you cannot attend the meeting, absentee ballots for election of 2014 Board of Directors can be requested from Mike Smith, VMCI Secretary, at Secretary@villagemill.org.
